Where it started
I was raised in a community where the ceiling was inherited before it was earned. We were taught to be careful, to be grateful, to be quiet — and above all, to be realistic. Realistic was a small room.
The turn
Everything shifted when I stopped trying to fix my finances and started confronting who I believed I was. Identity is the operating system; money is only an output. I found my identity in Christ, and the arithmetic of my life began to change with it.
How the framework was formed
Do · Speak · Think came out of years of watching people — including me — try to think their way into a life their body had never rehearsed. So we reversed it. Act first. Declare second. Let belief catch up to the evidence.
The mission
Mind Renovation exists to renovate identity at the root — through the podcast, the book, and the free Money Identity Diagnostic — so that the next generation inherits a different ceiling.
