1. About These Terms
These terms govern your purchase of You Don't Have a Money Problem through this website, operated by Mind Renovation Press. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. What We Sell
We offer three editions. Paperback (R299) includes the signed paperback, the eBook and the audiobook, with a choice of collection in Cape Town or courier delivery. eBook (R149) includes the eBook and audiobook, delivered digitally. The Bundle (R399) includes the signed paperback, the eBook and the audiobook, with a choice of collection or courier delivery. Product descriptions and prices are as displayed on this website at the time of your order.
3. Presale Orders
Print copies are produced as part of a batch print run after orders are placed, so Paperback and Bundle orders are not dispatched immediately. Our launch date is being finalised and we will not publish one until it is confirmed. By placing a presale order you accept that fulfilment follows the print run — see our Delivery Policy.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). Payment is processed securely by PayFast at the time of order; we never see or store your card, bank or wallet details. Your order is only treated as paid once PayFast confirms the payment to us.
5. Courier Costs Are Separate
Courier delivery is not included in the price of the Paperback or Bundle editions. Where you choose courier delivery, we contact you by email to confirm the courier cost, which is charged separately and payable by you.
6. Digital Licensing
eBook and audiobook purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable licence for your own use. They may not be resold, redistributed, or shared publicly.
7. Order Confirmation
You receive an email confirmation once payment is confirmed. That confirmation, together with your order reference, is your proof of purchase.
8. Changes to Orders
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend an order, such as your delivery address, delivery method, or edition. We cannot guarantee changes once a print batch has been submitted to our printer.
9. Delivery Area
We currently deliver printed copies within South Africa only. Digital editions are available anywhere.
10. Intellectual Property
All content of You Don't Have a Money Problem, including text, cover art, audiobook recording and associated materials, is the copyrighted property of Neil Demas and Mind Renovation Press. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
11. Personal Information
We process your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
12. Limitation of Liability
While we take care to describe our products accurately, we do not guarantee that the book will meet every reader's individual expectations. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
