Delivery Policy

Printed copies are delivered within South Africa only. Digital editions — the eBook and audiobook — are delivered by email and are available anywhere.

Because You Don't Have a Money Problem is printed in batches as part of our launch campaign, Paperback and Bundle orders are not dispatched immediately on purchase. Books are printed once a batch is confirmed, and orders go out shortly after that batch is received from our printer.

Our launch date is still being finalised. We will not publish a date until it is confirmed, and we email every presale customer with the fulfilment timeline as soon as it is set.

Courier delivery is not included in the R299 Paperback price or the R399 Bundle price. Once your batch is ready we contact you by email to confirm the courier cost for your address, which is charged separately and payable by you at that stage.

If you choose collection instead of courier, there is no delivery charge. We email you the collection address, dates and times once your copy is ready.

Once the book is in general stock after launch, courier delivery within South Africa is typically 5–10 working days from dispatch, courier-dependent, with the courier cost confirmed with you before dispatch.

The eBook and audiobook are delivered by email to the address on your order. If the editions are already released, delivery is immediate on confirmed payment; if you pre-ordered before release, they are sent on release day. No delivery charge applies.

If your order does not arrive within the timeframe we communicated, or a download link does not work, email hello@mindrenovation.press with your order reference and we will resolve it.
