Delivery Policy

Printed copies are delivered within South Africa only. The eBook edition is delivered by email and is available anywhere.

Our full print run of You Don't Have a Money Problem is being finalised. Paperback and Bundle orders placed before stock is ready are pre-orders and are not made ready for collection immediately after payment.

Orders are queued strictly by order date. Books are available and deliveries begin from 1 November 2026, with the earliest orders processed first — collection and courier dispatch both start from that date. The official launch takes place on 5 December 2026. We will contact you when your order reaches processing with your next steps and specific date.

Courier delivery is available to addresses across South Africa. Your delivery price is calculated live from your own address at checkout and added to your total, so you always see the exact amount before you pay. It is separate from the R299 Paperback price and the R399 Bundle price. Collection in Cape Town remains free.

Collection is free of charge and available from two points in Cape Town:

No. 15, 24th Avenue, Norwood, Cape Town

You choose your preferred collection point at checkout. Collection is available from 1 November 2026 onward — nothing can be collected before that date. Orders are queued strictly by order date, and we will confirm your specific collection date by email when your order reaches processing. Please wait for that email before travelling to collect.

The eBook is delivered by email to the address on your order. If the edition is already released, delivery is immediate on confirmed payment; if you pre-ordered before release, it is sent on release day. No delivery charge applies.

If your order does not arrive within the timeframe we communicated, or a download link does not work, email info@mindrenovation.co.za with your order reference and we will resolve it.
